Jorge R. Shigematsu
Mr.
Shigematsu is a Graphic Designer graduated
in Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogota
in 1997, Colombia.
He
was a Graphic Designer in the Embassy
of Japan in Colombia, Telefonica, Mercedes
- Benz, Daimler Chrysler, Leo Burnett
and Marketing - Designer of Terra Networks,
BuenaVista International, Columbia Tri
Star Films and other entertainment companies.
After
returning to Colombia, and being interested
in nature, animals and conservation projects
in Australia, focused his career in wildlife
protection. He has worked in organizations
for the victims of war in Colombia.
He also joined the UNODC Anti-trafficking
of Human Beings team, (United Nations
Office on Drugs & Crime), and they
were awarded by the UN Secretary, Mr Kofi
Annan, as the best project in the world.
He
founded Green Hope Colombia
in 2007, and GreenHope Mexico
in 2017.
