The
Green Hope
Fund have
enroled volunteers, interested
to learn, work and participate
in different environment
and forestry projects.
If
you are interested to
work with us as a volunteer,
please contact us. You
will receive a certificate,
about your work, hours
and project developed.
The
Green Hope
Colombia Foundation
(GHC),
is a Non-Profit and a
Non Governmental Organization
(NGO).
The money paid by volunteers
are used for professional
advice, accomodation,
breakfast, land and river
transport during the development
of different activities
in the projects.
Volunteer
Students:

Selection Process Volunteer
Students:
1.1.
Download and fill the
registration form, describing
the type of work you want
to develop with
Green Hope Colombia
/ GreenHope Mexico.
1.2.
Write
on the application form,
why do you want to get
involved as a volunteer
and the activities to
do during your visit.
(Photography, documentary,
environmental education
workshops with indigenous
children, cooking, architecture,
social work, etc.)

Write
in the form, the period
of time you want to develop
volunteering, where and
working conditions.

Student Volunteer Requirements:
2.1.
Passion to participate
in an environmental project,
passion for nature, biodiversity
and animals.
2.2.
Desire to grow up in your
life, to have the amazing
experience to contribute,
help and share knowledge
with the Indigenous Communities.
2.3.
Desire to participate
in different conservation
activities.
2.4.
Health Insurance; Good
physical and mental condition.
2.5.
Have all
the documents to volunteering;
parents permission if
you are under age; ID
card and passport if you
are foreigner.

Requirements Volunteer
Professionals:
2.1.
Have related studies in
environmental field such
as ecology; Anthropology,
Agronomist, Forestry Engineer,
Agroforestry, Environmental
Education, Rural Development,
Sustainability Education,
Rural Medicine and others.
2.2.
Want to develop projects
connected to the different
projects of Green
Hope Colombia / GreenHope
Mexico.
2.3.
Participate and monitor
the different conservation
activities that are developed
in the different indigenous
communities.
2.4.
Health Insurance; Good
physical and mental condition.
2.5.
Have all the necessary
documents to volunteering;
ID for local proffesionals
and Passport for foreign
visitors.
Volunteer
Costs:
1.
Local Proffesional:
COP $ 2,000,000 pesos
for
one (1)
month in the Amazon Forest.
Includes:
- Accommodation in a shared
room with breakfast.
- Land & boat transportation
where are the projects.
- Work with our NGO Staff.
- Certificate of Volunteering.
Not
included:
- Domestic air tickets.
- Extra Food (Lunch, Dinner)
and drinks.
- Medical Insurance and
Life Insurance.
- Other personal expenses.
(Internet, Courier, international
and local phone calls)

Foreigner Proffesional:
USD $ 1,500 US dollars
for
one (1)
month.
Includes:
- Accommodation in a shared
room with breakfast.
- Land & boat transportation
where are the projects.
- Work with our NGO Staff.
- Certificate of Volunteering.

included:
- International and domestic
air tickets.
- Taxes Input / Output
of the country.
- Visa.
