Green Hope Colombia Foundation,
from 2009 to 2011, with
Caracol Social and the Colombian
Air Force, supported us
to give Xmas presents to
the children in different
indigenous communities.
After
visiting some communities
located in Tarapacá
Road ¨The Kilometers¨,
we talked and had meetings
with the ¨Curacas¨
(índigenous leaders),
to know how many children
were in the communities
of:

When
we had the number of children
population, we had some
meetings in the city of
Bogotá, to ask the
number of presents to send
to Leticia city.
We
had the support of friends
and volunteers, that packed
and wrapped in paper gift
the Xmas presents.
The
Colombian Air Force and
Caracol Social, visited
with us the Indigenous communities.
With the support of the
National Police of Leticia
city, we gave all the Xmas
presents in the Amazon.
This
project has given, more
than 6,000 gifts in these
communities over three years,
we expect to continue every
year, with the support of
the private companies; to
bring joy and happiness.
